Dance group Diversity has announced its support for Sock it to Eating Disorders, the fundraising appeal organised by national eating disorders charity Beat.

The appeal, held during Eating Disorders Awareness Week (February 24 to March 2, 2014), encourages people to use the theme of socks to raise money for Beat. Diversity commented 'As dancers we understand the pressures to look a certain way and be a specific shape. Eating disorders will affect thousands of our fans and no one should face these serious mental illnesses alone'.
